The deadline for course withdrawal application is 2019/12/06 17:00.
Applicants should apply on line and print the application form with ratification by the course instructor and their Department Chair ahead of the deadline, in order to submit the form to the Office of Academic Affairs [note] on time.

No application will be accepted after the deadline. Only application of courses scheduled on Friday are allowed late until 13:00 on December 9 (Monday).
