This talk shares how Synology's cloud platform team approaches infrastructure with a "Platform as a Product" mindset — building and operating a highly available cloud environment, driving infrastructure-as-a-service adoption, and reducing the cognitive load on development teams. The content spans cloud architecture, cloud service integration, and low-level systems, balancing breadth with depth: showcasing the range of technologies involved while grounding the discussion in real experience tackling system challenges and introducing new technology into production.
