一、本校辦理逕行修讀博士學位申請資格：
依本校學生逕行修讀博士學位辦法第三條規定辦理。
(一)修業期間學業成績總平均排名在該系、所、學位學程全班（組）人數前三分之一以內。各學系、所、學位學程得以必修科目學業成績總平均作為排名之依據，亦得為更嚴格之規定。
(二)因其他特殊情形，經擬逕修之學系、所、學位學程評定為成績優異者。
二、須檢具下列文件：
(一)逕行修讀博士學位申請書一份。
(二)學士班歷年成績表或碩士班修業一學期以上歷年成績表一份。
(三)助理教授以上二人推薦書。
(四)學系、所、學位學程規定應繳交之資料。<研究計畫、個人資料表、其他有利審查之資料>
*備註：除書面審查外必要時會進行口試；符合口試名單於4/30(四)下午14時公布於本所網站(考生請自行查詢，不另通知)。
三、申請者請於3月24日至3月31日止，將應繳資料送至申請系所(紙本及電子檔)。
四、有關115學年度國科會博士生研究獎學金及教育部博士生獎學金，申請方式及甄選機制請洽各系所辦理。相關申請方式請參考本校教務處研究生教務組網頁公告(https://reurl.cc/NY38A6)。

〔Notice〕Regarding the Application for Direct-Entry Ph.D. Programs at NTU
I. Eligibility Criteria
In accordance with Article 3 of NTU Regulations Governing Direct-Entry Ph.D. Programs, eligible applicants must meet the following criteria:
A. Attaining a cumulative GPA in the top third of their associated academic program over the completed period of studies. Each academic program may rank students based on their average grades in required courses, rather than their overall academic grades, and may set more rigorous requirements; or
B. Demonstrating outstanding academic achievement as recognized by the admitting academic program with justifiable cause.
II. Required Documentation
Eligible applicants must submit the following documents:
A. Completed “Application for Direct-Entry Ph.D. Program” form
B. For undergraduate students: academic transcripts for all semesters;
for graduate students: academic transcripts for at least one semester
C. Two recommendation letters from faculty members at the level of assistant professor or above
D. Additional documentation specified by departments, institutes, or degree programs
*Note: In addition to written review, oral examinations may be conducted if necessary; the list of candidates eligible for oral examinations will be published on our website at 2 p.m. on April 30 (Thursday) (candidates should check the website themselves, no further notification will be given).
III. Submission Deadline
From March 24 to March 31, eligible applicants should submit all required documentation (hard and soft copy) to respective departments, institutes, or degree programs that offer Ph.D. programs.
IV. Regarding National Science and Technology Council (NSTC) Graduate Research Fellowship and Ministry of Education (MOE) Doctoral Fellowship for the Academic Year 2026-2027, please contact your respective departments or institutes for application procedures and selection mechanisms.
